Google2026-02-09“I couldn’t be happier with the service from One Heat Ltd. From the very first conversation, they were professional, friendly, and completely transparent about what needed doing and why. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and the experience of their customers, but One Heat absolutely delivers on both.
The engineer arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. No jargon, no pressure — just honest advice and top‑tier workmanship. The job was completed to an exceptional standard, and the difference in performance was noticeable straight away.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the pride they clearly take in their work. They left everything spotless, double‑checked that everything was running perfectly, and made sure I was completely happy before leaving.
If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled heating company, One Heat Ltd is the one to choose. I’d recommend them without hesitation.”

— Simon Foye
Google2025-07-22“We had an issue with our boiler frequently losing pressure . After coming out to check the boiler , Ricky determined that the problem was a leaking pipe under the floor boards downstairs . We had no idea where the leak was but Ricky and Adam came back and worked tirelessly to find the leak ( which was in a very awkward place under the kitchen units- took 5 hours ) . They were very professional ( but still friendly) and at all time were considering how best to mend the leak with minimal damage to our flooring ( which we were extremely grateful for ) . The leak was fixed and the boiler is working perfectly now . A lot of companies would not have taken on this job but they were determined to fix it for us ! The price they charged was very reasonable given the amount of work it involved
We would not hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them again for any heating issues we might have in the future”

Google2025-06-22“After my central heating boiler failed I was recommended OneHeat by a friend. I called Ricky and was fitted in within a couple of days. Ricky dropped off the new boiler pipe and fittings thursday night. The lads (John and Dan) were due at 8am
Friday morning. They turned up 15 minutes early. My stairs and landing carpets were protected and the lads got stuck in and by midday my new boiler was up and running. The loft space was left spotless. All the old pipework, boiler, flu etc and the packaging from the new system were all removed.
John and Dan were very polite and professional explaining how the system worked and answered any questions we had. They are a credit to OneHeat and we would highly recommend to anyone requiring any form of central heating assistance.
Well done guys thankyou.”

Google2024-09-12“Just to say a big ‘ thank you ‘ to Ricky and the team for a your very professional fitting of our new boiler and shower. Ricky did a very through assessment of our old heating system and gave us a very clear concise understanding of what was achievable and what was not in terms of which heating system would be the most cost effective and beneficial to suit our needs. He explained what work would be carried out, and the reasons and benefits of why he would be doing this. The work was completed in one day with minimal disruption. The team worked very professionally and cleaned away all the old heating system and any debris. It was a pleasure and relief to work with a company that did not ‘tut’, ‘suck their teeth’, or give off negative vibes about ‘it being a difficult job’, Ricky was open and honest in his dealing with us. The plus side was his quote was very competitive and he offered us better deal than others, but without compromising on the heating system or materials used. We would recommend this company without hesitation. We also received a courtesy call the following morning to check that all was working, with the reassurance that we should not hesitate to contact him should there be any problems. Thank you, Ricky, Adam and Tom.”

Google2023-10-18“An excellent service from the whole team at Oneheat.
I originally called Oneheat and the lady in the office I spoke to could not have been more informative or professional, an asset to the company, I live in Rotherham but she advised they cover the whole of the uk. She arranged for my boiler swap a couple of days later and the team that turned up were just excellent. I had a full heating exchange and Ricky and the other engineers were so professional, clean and tidy. Ricky explained everything to me ahead of proceeding with the work. He explained what time they thought they would be finished and they actually finished ahead of time! They also fitted a nest thermostat so I can now control the heating from my phone!
Just an excellent service at an excellent price!
The office called a couple of days later to check everything was in full working order too! Going the extra mile! My parents have no booked in for a boiler upgrade because of how excellent they were!
Thank you all for your help!”

Google2023-06-05“Ricky came to quote me a job and after shopping around and not wanting any cowboys, i decided to book in with this company as Ricky was so knowledgable and friendly which instantly made me feel at ease. Both Ricky and Tom were punctual on the day and all in one day managed to removed my old water tank (on the 3rd floor of my house) and installed a brand new state of the art boiler WITH a nest thermostat (so I can now put the heating on and off on my phone :))
I'm so glad I decided to use these guys, nothing was too much trouble and they were so tidy with their work (not something you see everyday with Tradeys).
I'll be using OneHeat for all my boiler services and anything else I require in the future. Thanks lads, you've restored my faith in Tradesmen!”

Google2020-06-05“When I decided to renew my boiler, I received a number of quotes from various firms and it became clear that people were trying to completely over price products in the hope that I didn't know what they were talking about. I was referred to this company through a friend and they helped me to build a package that was suitable to me and within my budget. They arrived on time, completed the installation while I was at work and left the house clean and tidy. They had a genuine interest in ensuring I understood the product and how it worked and offered their assistance should I have any problems. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others. thank you.”
